Terms & Conditions – Advance Bill

An advance amount is collected to confirm the order and initiate the work process.
The advance amount paid is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Delivery timelines provided are estimated timelines only and may vary depending on design complexity, material availability, workmanship requirements, or customer-requested modifications.
Any changes to the design, measurements, fabric, or additional work requested after order confirmation will be charged extra and may impact delivery timelines.
Fabric color, texture, embroidery, and finishing may show minor variations due to lighting conditions, dyeing processes, or material availability. Such variations shall not be considered defects.
Trial fittings, where applicable, must be attended on the scheduled date. Failure to attend trials may result in delays in completion or delivery.
The remaining balance amount must be paid in full at the time of delivery or collection of the product.
Goods once delivered or collected will not be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
The boutique shall not be responsible for fitting or size issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
Orders not collected within 30 days of completion may attract storage charges or may be disposed of at the boutique’s discretion without further notice.
In the event of order cancellation by the customer after work has commenced, the advance amount shall be forfeited in full.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the local jurisdiction only.
