Return & Refund Policy – Navni Designer Studio

Navni Designer Studio specializes in custom-made and made-to-order garments. Due to the personalized nature of our products, the following Return & Refund Policy applies.

No Return / No Refund Policy

Once an order is placed and 50% advance payment (or any part payment) is collected, no return, exchange, or refund will be permitted.
Orders cannot be cancelled after placement under any circumstances.
All advance payments made towards an order are non-refundable.

Custom-Made Products

All garments are created based on customer-selected designs, fabrics, measurements, and specifications.
Minor variations in color, fabric texture, embroidery, or finishing are natural and do not qualify for return or refund.

Fitting & Measurements

Customers are encouraged to attend physical trials at the studio.
Navni Designer Studio is not responsible for fitting issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
Any alterations, if feasible, may be chargeable.

Manufacturing Defects (Exception Clause)

In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, customers must notify Navni Designer Studio within 24 hours of product collection or delivery.
Claims must be supported with valid proof and are subject to review.
Any resolution will be at the sole discretion of Navni Designer Studio.
No monetary refunds will be issued; only correction or alteration may be considered if approved.

Shipping Disclaimer

For shipped orders, Navni Designer Studio is not responsible for damages or delays caused during transit by courier services.
Once the product is dispatched, responsibility lies entirely with the courier partner.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, designs, text, logos, and graphics, is the exclusive property of Navni Designer Studio.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
