Shipping Policy - Navni Designer Studio
At Navni Designer Studio, certain customers may request shipment of garments without a physical trial at our studio. In such cases, the following shipping policy will apply. By confirming an order, the customer agrees to all the terms mentioned below.
General Shipping Terms
Shipping will be initiated only after full payment of the order amount.
The order will be processed only after the full payment has been successfully received and verified by the Accounts Department of Navni Designer Studio.
Dispatch will be initiated within 24 hours after completion of the product, subject to payment verification.
Shipping charges are not included in the product price unless stated otherwise.
Delivery charges depend on product weight, delivery distance, courier service, destination, and other applicable logistical factors.
All shipping and delivery charges must be borne entirely by the customer.
Once the product has been dispatched, Navni Designer Studio will not be responsible for any delay, damage, loss, or non-delivery, as shipment is handled by third-party courier services.
Domestic Shipping (Within India)
If the customer does not specify a preferred courier service, domestic shipments will be dispatched through a reliable courier partner selected by Navni Designer Studio.
Estimated delivery time for domestic shipments is 10 to 14 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier operations, regional accessibility, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking details will be shared with the customer after dispatch, where available.
International Shipping
International orders will be shipped via international courier or logistics partners chosen by Navni Designer Studio unless otherwise requested by the customer.
Estimated delivery time for international shipments is 10 to 14 business days from the date of dispatch, subject to customs clearance and destination-specific regulations.
Customers are solely responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or any additional charges imposed by the destination country.
Navni Designer Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or international courier partners.
Any additional charges incurred during international shipping must be paid by the customer directly to the courier or customs office.
