Navni Designer Studio operates as a physical designer studio only. This website is intended solely to provide information about our services, designs, and brand. By accessing this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Website Purpose
This website is not an online store.
Navni Designer Studio does not accept online orders, online payments, or bookings through this website.
All orders, consultations, trials, and payments are conducted in person at our physical studio or through direct communication channels as advised by the studio.
Products & Services
Navni Designer Studio specializes in custom-designed and made-to-order garments, including bridal wear, occasion wear, casual wear, kids wear, and related accessories.
All products are customized, and slight variations in color, fabric, embroidery, or design may occur.
Images displayed on the website are for reference purposes only and may differ from the final product.
Orders & Payments
Orders are accepted only through direct interaction at the physical studio.
Half payment is required for order confirmation.
Orders will be processed only after payment has been successfully received and verified by the Accounts Department of Navni Designer Studio.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, unless approved by Navni Designer Studio.
Trial & Measurements
Customers are encouraged to attend physical trials and fittings at the studio.
Customers who opt for shipment without a trial do so at their own risk.
Navni Designer Studio is not responsible for fitting issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
As all products are custom-made, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not permitted.
In case of a manufacturing defect, the customer must notify Navni Designer Studio within 24 hours of delivery, along with valid proof.
Any resolution will be at the sole discretion of Navni Designer Studio.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including images, designs, text, logos, and graphics, is the exclusive property of Navni Designer Studio.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Navni Designer Studio shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services.
